Colorado Monorail Company (South Dakota) 1905. Denver office. 1000 shares. No.62. Eagle on globe. Photographic image of the line's monorail car serves as a background for the embossed corporate seal. Near the center is an illustration of the single rail, and wires suspended overhead. This is the only certificate reported by Cox. From the Collection of John Herzog.
