VF+. Signed by Lee de Forest as vice president. Lee de Forest (August 26, 1873 - June 30, 1961) was an American inventor who considered himself to be the "Father of Radio." A pioneer in the development of sound-on-film recording, he held over 180 patents, including several related to vacuum tube technology. American De Forest Wireless failed to achieve its goal practical worldwide wireless communication, and the company was accused of massive stock fraud.
