ADS, Dec. 21, 1863 certifying the mustering in of a Union soldier in order to meet the quota requirement of New York; Soldier's letters from the 14th Infantry Camp, Richmond, VA, May 29, 1865 and June 21, 1865; Three Union Pay Vouchers, all dated May 1865; A Civil War Discharge paper, April 1866, missing pieces, and split in several places; A document granting a pension increase under the Act of May 11, 1912, by the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Pensions. Also included are three Cooperstown checks, two railroad stock certificates, and two impaired Downer & Bemis Brewing Company checks.
