Charioteer driving slow quadriga right, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; Nike flying right above to crown horses, rev. ΣYPA-KOΣI-ON (retrograde), Diademed head of Arethusa right, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace, surrounded by four dolphins. Boehringer 347 (v170/R245). Obverse struck from early stage eroding dies, slight weakness on Arethusa’s hair. Attractive pearl and amber highlights, pleasing style. Near Extremely Fine
