Signed by Leland Stanford, who, as President of the Southern Pacific Railroad, and later the Central Pacific, had enormous influence on the economic development of California. He and his wife founded Stanford University. VF+. Nice even margins, vibrant color, and most importantly, a very nice signature of Stanford.
