Knickerbacker, John Hobart Warren, and George Lane. The 48-mile line was organized to run from Saratoga Springs to Lake Champlain and to the State Line of Vermont. VF+. There are moderately unobtrusive punch cancels, and "CANCELLED BY EXCHANGE" stamps.
