                        Saratoga High Rock Spring Company (New York) 1875. One share. Issued, not cancelled. No.46. Mohawk Indian near a high rock points out the approach of white visitors. "The Medicine Spring of the Great Spirit" as it was called by the Indians is now known as the High Rock Spring. The first white man to visit the spring was Sir William Johnson in 1767. Signed by William G. Fargo as President. Fargo was a founder of the American Express Company and Wells Fargo. VF.
