The vignette occupies the entire left half of the certificate and extends into the top center. Revenue stamp affixed above. One of the most graphic Civil War era insurance and stock; rarely seen this nice. Capital raised from $200,000 to $500,000. VF. Fresh and clean, with a very bold impression from the printing plate.
