Roberts, and signed by him as Secretary. This certificate clearly illustrates that "fracking" has been practiced since the early days of the oil industry. VF+. Bright and clean. The left margin is narrow, and a small pinhole is well hidden in the upper left corner, but these minor distractions are mentioned merely for the sake of accuracy.
