World War I. "Tribute of Honour" Certificate in Memory of Harry Shaw, 18th Battalion, Durham Light Infantry. Town Hall, Sunderland, October 1919. Attractive color certificate adorned with angels, British lion etc. honoring the fallen Private Harry Shaw. Neatly matted and framed, 20 1/3 x 16". Excellent condition. Accompanied by Military Record Office letter, Nov. 25, 1920 presenting the British War Medal to the family of Harry Shaw. [2]
