(This is the earliest known issue of American stock certificates with an engraved vignette.) Signed by William Bingham and Tench Francis. Printed on parchment. Extremely Fine. Professionally matted and framed. William Bingham was a delegate from Pennsylvania to the Continental Congress from 1786 to 1788 and served as a United States Senator from 1795 to 1801.
