1916 Medal, unnamed as issued, with integral top riband bar; General Service Medal 1917-21, combatant's version with Comrac Bar, unnamed as issued, with integral top riband bar; 1916-66 Easter Rising Anniversary Commemorative Medal, silver-gilt (Hallmarks for Dublin 1966), unnamed as issued, with integral top riband bar, nearly extremely fine, with the following related items:
- The recipient's 1916 Armband
- 1916-21 Membership Certificate
- G.P.O. Opening Invitation Card, dated July 1929
- Arbour Hill Mass Invitation, dated May 1929

Christopher O'Reilly, a lawyer by profession, served during the 1916 Easter Rising as a Lieutenant with the 3rd Battalion, Dublin Brigade, Irish Volunteers, at Boland's Mills. Taken prisoner by the British, he was removed to Wakefield Detention Barracks as part of the Ballsbridge Party on the 6th May 1916. He died in June 1968.
