Anglo-Palestine Company Ltd., a cheque in the sum of 200 mils, 1930, signed by Henrietta Szold, 2 sheets with several endorsements on the reverse, cancelled, blind embossed Palestine revenue stamp, toned, fine and rare.

Henrietta Szold, 1860-1945, Jewish Zionist leader and founder of Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organisation of America. Born in the U.S.A. she emigrated to Palestine in 1933 and later helped run an organisation that resued 30,000 Jewish children from Nazi Europe.
