American Submarine Tunnel Company (NY), $100 shares, 1854, No. 181, marvelous custom vignette with ships on the river, and the entrance to a tunnel, engraved by W. I. Ormsby, famous bank note engraver, IU, VF.

The company invented pre-fabricated cast iron sections that could be bolted together to form tunnels. One the alltime great examples of "classical" scripophily.
