Crown with five cresting arches, a "pinwheel" atop each, and set with a red, white and blue stone, superimposed on an open pyramid, on an ornate circle. Suspended from a tricolor, purple, red and white ribbon set with three gold, horizontal scepters. Attractive piece. Extremely Fine.
