Triplex of pyramids, Hebrew inscriptions in black on each, twelve small, rectangular stones set on a central rectangle. Bar with initials in black above on red ribbon, hanger inscribed HOLINESS above with suspended pyramid adorned with red Triple Tau. About Extremely Fine.
