Bull head left, towers and polar ship with radiant sun in background, revs. Within wreath: for service to the Dairy Industry, in commemoration by the American Guernsey Cattle Club May 1935 legend; the Award medal has "Presented By" and blank space below (unawarded) in place of "in commemoration".
