Henry Algernon Du Pont (1838-1926) was a Union army officer who was awarded a Medal of Honor for brilliant action at Cedar Creek during the Civil War. Du Pont was also U.S. Senator from Delaware, 1906-1917. Perfect signatures on this issue are scarce.
