Middle East king on throne left, Vasco da Gama and team at right, "REPUBLICA" overprint at bottom center. Back: Blue on multicolor underprint. Medallion of Lusitania at right. Showing significant usage with some staining evident on the left side with several tears in the paper that are mostly confined to the margins. Fine.
