Partly-printed Manuscript Document Signed "Herbert Hoover" as President, 1 page, large folio, ca. 23" x 19", Washington, May 16, 1930. Countersigned by "Henry L Stimson" as Secretary of State. President Hoover appoints "Edward Mead of California....a member of the Commission to study and report on the Conservation and Administration of the Public Domain..." Intact seal at lower left.
