Without oval on verso or surcharges. Stamped "SPECIMEN" in violet diagonally across the portrait. Canceled with two half-moon punch holes. Printed on bright white paper with fine white fibers. Deep embossing is noted. Choice Almost Uncirculated. Ex. Henry Chapman.
