Face design as issued with March 3, 1863 enactment date above imprint, within the bottom frame line. "Engraved and Printed at the Treasury Department," reverse white text on black at the bottom. All face details are present, including the key. Without the bronze oval. Not canceled in any manner. A deeply embossed impression, crystal clear throughout. A small penciled mark on the back at upper right. Almost Uncirculated. Uneven bottom right corner. Ex. Henry Chapman.
