Another Impressive Group of New York Checks and Drafts from 1830s-1898. [120+] There are several handwritten checks, drafts, receipts and bills from the 1830s and 1840s relate primarily to shipping and insurance, but many of the examples in this lot are visually attractive pieces from the 1860s and 1870s. There is a large assortment of checks with revenue stamps affixed, and imprinted, including one with two imprinted revenues. Should be seen. Sold as is, no returns.
