Atlantic City Racing Association (NJ), $5000 8% cumulative income bonds, 1944-45, signed by John B Kelly as president, ornate border, gold, revenue stamps, all well stamp canceled, VF-VF+. John B Kelly (1889-1960) was a world champion and three-time Olympic gold medalist in scull racing, and a self-made millionaire brick contractor; his daughter was actress and later princess Grace Kelly, to whom one of these bonds is transfered.
