Brooklyn Steamship & Emigration Co (NY), $1000 7% gold convertible bond, 1867, #738, issued in print to Louis Mayer, steam ship with rigging in busy port at upper left, state arms at bottom, black with brown "GOLD BOND" underprint, green paper corporate seal with ship in center, a very clean R112 at right, 15 coupons remain, fold and edge wear, including minor internal holes and chipping at top edge, a strong VF.
