Partly engraved Document Signed "James Monroe" as President, 1 page, oblong folio, on vellum, Washington, June 27, 1822. A land grant to Henry Friesner in the Deleware district of Ohio for 80 acres. Seal remnant. Sharp folds with minor interior split at one junction, but a bold clear signature and VG.
