Adams" as president, each 1 page, folio, Washington, April 1, 1825 and December 1, 1826. Land grants, one for land in the Delaware District of Ohio, the other for land sold at Tuskaloosa (as the city´s name was then spelled), Alabama. Both with wax and paper seal. Toned and soiled, with crisp folds, VG. [2]
