AKA(NITN IEPA AAYTO), eagle on prow left, palm frond over shoulder, date LMA and dove of Ascalon before, monogram between legs (BMC 18, Hendin 406), also: Judaea, Procurators, Pontius Pilate (26-36 AD), AE Prutah, 2.08gms, three grains of ear bound, rev. simpulum (Hendin 648, Meshorer 331), the first somewhat tight flan as is typical, dark gray, very fine and rare, the latter olive-green patina, fine/about very fine.
