†1861 (12 Nov.) outer letter sheet addressed to Augustine Heard in Shanghai "pr 'Europa'" bearing 1861-62 5c. buff, 10c. green and 30c. orange cancelled by good strikes of the barred circle in red with "new-york/paid" and London Paid c.d.s. and a faint strike of manuscript "40" rate mark in magenta, Hong Kong transit c.d.s. on the reverse, an attractive and appealing cover.
