Plate 13, QS, used together with 1864-79 1d. plate 220, KF, LF, on envelope from Dunkirk to London, the adhesives not accepted for postage and cancelled by multiple strikes of the London handstruck "2", showing small "T" in triangle and with manuscript "21/2", "dunkerque/nord" despatch c.d.s. and London F.B. c.d.s.; some light staining around adhesives though still fine and full of character.
