1679/80 printed Proclamation of Charles II, "By the King.....For the Apprehending of Robbers or Highway-men, and for a Reward to the Apprehenders." and advising of the reward of £10 for each conviction secured, dated 5 March at Whitehall, measuring 280x335mm; possibly a little trimmed or miscut at foot, this document has at some time been hinged into an archive book and a narrow central band has escaped the light overall toning which affects the rest of the document.
