Southern Hupei Workers, Peasants and Soldiers Bank, 500 cash (3), very plain printing, two are possible forgeries and are very fine, one with damaged corners, the third with serial number 18426 appears genuine (P.S3515), 1 ch'uan (2) 1931, crude printing, probable forgeries, both very fine (P.S3517), 2 ch'uan (2) 1931, one a forgery, stained and very fine, one genuine, serial number 249102, repairs, good (P.S3517), as last, genuine but dated 1932, serial number 424817, very good to fine (P.S3517 for type) and 5 ch'uan, 1932, serial number 182766, blue, houses and trees at centre, rev. blue script, a genuine note, very good (P.S3524), all the genuine notes are scarce to rare (9) Estimate HK$ 1,800-2,000
