The Mutiny Medal to Sergeant (Colour-Sergeant) G. Waller V.C., 60th Rifles, Awarded the Victoria cross for Conspicuous Gallantry before Delhi 1857.
Indian Mutiny 1857-59, one clasp, Delhi (Serjt G Waller Ist Bn 60th Rifles), W slightly double struck, contact marks, nearly very fine

V.C. London Gazette 20.1.1860 'On 14 September at Delhi, India, Colour-Sergeant Waller charged and captured the enemy's guns near the Kabul Gate. On 18 September he showed conspicuous bravery in the repulse of a sudden attack made by the enemy on the gun near the Chaudney Chouk.'
Sergeant Waller was elected by the non-commissioned oficers of his Regiment under Rule 13.
