Elizabeth I, third issue, Angel, 5.10g., St. Michael standing slaying the dragon, rev. ship to left bearing shield and cross, e and rose at sides, colon stops, m.m. ermine (Schneider -; N.1991/2; S.2515), very fine, scarce with ship left Estimate £ 700-900 provenance: Seaby's Coin & Medal Bulletin, December 1969, no.G2761 Struck from different dies to the example in Spink Auction 161, lot 53. On this coin St. Michael's leg appears to be dislocated at the knee.
