Prints: Instruments of War used by the Chinese A remarkable large hand-tinted antique engraving published by G. Nicol of Medland´s engraving of Alexander´s depictions of Chinese weaponry. Shows a swivel gun, bow and case, quiver and arrows, helmet, shield, sword, and match-lock. Overall size 16.75" x 22.25". Tipped to board. Fold in lower third has caused a closed tear at right end, with some soiling, but still VG overall. With pencil note in margin. Estimate US$ 75-100
