Stockton, Frank American writer, (1834-1902); his children´s stories achieved great success during the last quarter of the 19th century. Printed Excerpt Signed "Frank R. Stockton" at close, 4pp, book 4to, no publication information. His work "Rudder Grange" boasted a character named Pomona, and the present work, "Pomona´s Club" is a further story of her exploits. Probably removed from a larger work, but complete in itself. Edge irregularities, otherwise VG/F. Estimate US$ 40-50
