Anti-Semitic, Anti-Dewey Circular. Bizarre content Circular, 10.5" x 8.25", created by the Democratic Tract Society of Tulsa, OK, probably while Thomas Dewey was Republican presidential nominee in 1948, proclaiming that, "He Sings For the Jews," and offering the "shocking" news that "1. Tom Dewey sang in the New York Jewish synagogue for over two years. / 2. He originally studied to be a baritone soloist? / 3. While Prosecutor...he had 24 Communists and Communist-front personalities working for him...6/ He plays ball with the biggest Imternational [sic] Jew bankers on earth? / 7. His chief advisor on foreign affairs is the most highly-paid International corporation lawyer in the world?..." It goes on to exhort readers to buy bundles of the circular for distribution so they can "Spread the Truth about Phoney Jewy Dewey"! Chips off of corners, age-toned, otherwise in very good condition. As with many expressions of hate and ignorance, this one straddles the line between the ridiculous and the terrifying. Estimate US$ 20-30
