Inlaid to one of the pages is a DS "Wm. Saml. Johnson," 1p, 8vo, New Haven, CT, 3/18/1776, a legal summons. Johnson would become a leader of the US Constitutional Convention, signing the resulting document, and would serve as US Senator from CT and president of Columbia. Estimate US$ 300-400
