Contained in a wood frame under glass, 13" x 8.5" with the overall frame size 23" x 19". The document is floating in the frame, thus its damage is easily seen. Worn at both sides, affecting about 3/5 of the left edge of text. Overall Fair to Good, but an important item in a very fine frame. Estimate US$ 40-50
