Published by order of Congress, Washington, Government Printing Office, 1875. 4to, maroon cloth with outstanding gilt image representing the telegraph on front cover. No jacket. Spine heavily faded, foxing and soiling of boards, chipping at spine ends, wear along all edges. Front board illustration still very clear. Slightly shaken, with foxing of extremities, but tight and clean interior. Overall Good+. Estimate US$ 40-50
