Nepal, Rana Bahadur Shah (1777-1799), Double Mohar, SE 1712 (1790), Obv. small central square with trident, surrounded by legend, all this within square which has openings on the four sides and two double arches attached to each side, legend Śrī Śrī Śrī Ra/ na Ba/ hādur/Sāha Deva and date 1712 below, within two double arches, moon in upper left double arch and sun in upper right double arch, cakra (discus) and lotus flower within double arches on left side, and conch and mace within double arches on right side of square, upper angle has vertical stroke instead of four dots, Rev. central circle with eight petals attached to it, sword with garland between two horizontal lines, and legend Śrī 3/Bhavā/nī in centre of circle, legend in petals, Śrī Śrī Śrī. Gorakhanātha, edge plain, 10.97g, 12h (RGV 679, type 2.2), toned, about very fine
