The Beatles - Original Photographs from the Munich, 1966 Performance
A superb group of 35mm. black and white film negatives (29 + 3 blank frames) with corresponding contact strips documenting The Beatles' 1966 performance in Munich at the Circus-Krone-Bau, as photographed by Frank Fischbeck.

The selection includes photographs from the group's room at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel and exiting a car for their train, covering all four members: John Lenon (combing his hair in the mirror), Paul McCartney (greeting a female member of the entourage and eating fruits), George Harrison (wearing a fez and playing with the fruits on the table), and Ringo Starr (shot in profile and moving through a train carriage). The group also includes an image of John Lenon in which the photographer, Fischbeck can be seen in the mirror, thereby lending provenance to the entire group.

Also included are two mounted prints and three unmounted from the selection, including one duplicated image (with Fischbeck in the mirror).

A fantastic opportunity to obtain remarkable unpublished images of the Beatles' only performance in Munich and their penultimate international tour. To be sold with copyright.
