1946 Booklet (32 pages) covering the Conference held at the Palais Du Luxembourg, with three French commemorative stamps on the front cover cancelled by the special postmark used during the Conference, held from July-October 1946.
This signifcant publication incudes all organisational, postal and telegraph information required by delegates and the press, with a folding map and a Paris train map at the rear.
The booklet is signed by seventeen individuals, including Paul-Henri Spaak (Prime Minister of Belgium), James F. Byrnes (USA Secretary of State), Foo Ping Sheung (Republic of China Ambassador to the USSR), H.V. Evatt (Australian Minister of External Affairs) and others not identified. Included are ink caricature portraits of Spaak, Molotow (Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union), Sir Khizar Hyat Khan (India) and H. Byrnes.
A scarce item reflecting the post WWII reorganisation of Europe (12x20cm)
