A GOLD, DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE AND RUBY VESTA/MATCH CASE
LATE 19TH CENTURY AND LATER
Of rounded rectangular form, modelled as a bee resting on a honeycomb ground.
The case is engraved throughout with a repeating hexagonal pattern, centred by an applied insect motif set with ruby, sapphire and rose-cut diamonds.
