1939, Airmail, "Sarabia" 20c., specimens in a complete sheet of 30 with "MUESTRA" perfins, n.h., with the four stamps in the corners of the sheet cancelled by a "Secretaría de Hacienda - Inspección Fiscal" cachet in blue, showing sheet numbers "73" in red and "68" in black, with notes attached at right, including, among other indications, "Prueba-Muestra", the signature of the head of the technical department confirming the print run of the stamp, the machine used for printing, and the date. This is one of the great rarities of any proof and specimen collection of Mexico. Scott $24,000 as n.h. singles without the specimen perf.
