Plate 145, the entire formed of a Midland Railway printed character questionnaire, refolded and returned to Derby with another Penny Plate 145 cancelled by United States concentric circles and with Waterburg (29.11) and New York (4.12) datestamps alongside, on arrival charged "5d." for Transatlantic Postage Due; filing folds and slight staining but a marvellous and most interesting cover
