c.1890s "The Manager, National Provincial Bank of England, Limited" printed envelope addressed to Ventnor, Isle of Wight bearing KEVII 4d. and 1891 London Brighton and South Coast Railway 2d.; the face endorsed "Keys only" and, in a separate hand, "To be handed to PO Express messenger at Ventnor" alongside "m.-No. 55./post office./express" label, the reverse with Portsea Provincial bank red wax seal. Fine and scarce.
