1922-23 Revaluation: a collection on leaves each with the inspector's triangular handstamp with 1d. printed matter envelope from Coleman in Norwich plus other 1d. envelopes used (4), 1½d. with additional ½d. green (perfin) tied by "BFH" in triangle, unused and very scarce; 2d. orange covers unused (4) and used (9), 3d. purple used (3); also Price's Candle reply paid envelope bearing perfin 2d. cancelled by Battersea c.d.s. and "BFH" in triangle with 1½d. perfin added (rare) and two Caledonian Railway post cards. An important group. ES55-58. (25 covers)

When the postage rates were reduced, some businesses had a supply of stamped envelopes, these were returned to the Post Office, an inspector's handstamp applied to each and the change in postage refunded)
