Postal Stationery Envelopes
A collection on leaves with on Mulready envelope paper overprinted "specimen" (2), unused (2) and used; on Mulready lettersheet paper unused (8), cancelled by Maltese Cross in 1844 from Liverpool to Manchester (scarce), used with 1844-type numerals (3) and in 1882 with Birmingham squared circle and in 1965 as a souvenir; on SP paper including overprinted "specimen" type 8, used in London (1894), to German uprated with ½d., 1878 to Germany with 1870 ½d. both cancelled by pen cross (not taxed), registered to Germany uprated with 2d. registered and ½d. newspaper wrapper cut-outs and a cut-out on O.H.M.S. envelope.
