Scots Locals: Type XX: Lochwinnock (Renfrewshire); 1855 (16 Mar.) envelope to Glasgow bearing 1854-57 1d. red-brown perf.16, plate 191, LD tied by a good strike of the undated cancellation, Paisley and Glasgow datestamps on the reverse; the flap is heavily soiled. Also 1856 (1 Nov.) envelope to Paisley bearing 1d. red-brown, die II, perf.14, plate 44, MJ with a similar cancellation. Also Parkhead (Lanark); 1855 (30 June) entire to Chesterfield bearing 1854-57 1d. red-brown, perf.14 tied by a good strike of undated Parkhead cancellation, the reverse with Glasgow and Chesterfield c.d.s.
